1. Mexican Smokey Chicken and Pepper Stew

All hail the king of comfort food… yep, it’s Mexican food all the way which is why our first recipe is this easy one-pot chicken and pepper stew. So easy in fact, you can stick on an episode of your Netflix show, watch it all and still slay meal time.

2. Metro Chilli Quesadillas

Another Mexican dream meal. Ours is filled with chicken, parma ham and cheese. If this combo isn’t for you, make it your own but ALWAYS include the cheese!

3. Very Tomatoey Mac N Cheese

This one might seem a little out there, but trust us, it’s GOOOOOOD. Made with tomato instead of a rich white sauce, this recipe still has lots of oozy cheesy goodness. Pass us a fork please.

4. Welsh Rarebit
