Relaxing at home on the couch watching sport

  1. What is the best advice you’ve ever been given?

Practice as much as possible at home and away from the training field. It can be easy to leave down the Hurley for a few days after team training is finished

Being on the pitch after the All Ireland in 1996. My first ever All Ireland. I can’t remember the match!

Practice as often as possible and put everything you can into being the best you possibly can
