Tagliatelle Alfredo with Broccolini

This is soo simple it hardly needs a recipe but its another classic Italian dish that we love love love here at The Complete Natural!

Tip: if you have any other leftover vegetables like asparagus or peas, these can be cooked and added to the pasta at the end. If the asparagus is raw, put it in to cook with the pasta about 2 mins before the end of the cooking.

Step by Step (tick the boxes as you go)
  • 1 In a saucepan melt the butter and cream together on a low heat until emulsified and combined.
  • 2 Add the parmesan and a good grinding of black pepper and heat until the cheese is melted, do not allow to boil or it will separate.
  • 3 Once the pasta is cooked add it to the sauce and toss to combine.
  • 4 Serve with some extra parmesan on top and more black pepper if you like.
