These post workout protein popsicles, are just as excellent as they sound. Quick, easy and cheap to make, child friendly, healthy, high protein, full of micronutrients and there is so much scope for variety! 🍦

Step by Step (tick the boxes as you go)
  • 1 Just blend together 1 cup of strained Greek Yogurt (or that of choice) with 1/3 cup of your favourite milk
  • 2 Add 1/3 scoop of protein powder, I suggest vanilla or salted caramel flavour
  • 3 Add a handful of your favourite berry (raspberries and blackberries are so good)
  • 4 Milled seeds if you want an extra micronutrient kick
  • 5 After blending, separate into an ice-pop holder, they will freeze within 2 hours and you can have the whole batch for less calories and more nutrition that your average ice cream!
