Ok I’m not going to blow my own trumpet but DAMN this is good. I love ice cream like everybody else but sometimes, the sugar and carbohydrate count of some, along with a lack of protein, can make it difficult for anyone dieting to meet there full nutritional requirements, and feel satiated. Similarly I love smoothie bowls, but they often over do the fruit portion (fruit is good but not 10 servings in one go), and leaving out some healthy fats and proteins in the process.
I may have eaten it all for my “snack” – I recommend having half but good luck stopping at that 🤩🙋♀️🤣
