Low sugar, 2 servings of vegetables, 1.5 servings of fruit, and high protein. If you need a higher calorie option, add in nut butters, and milled seeds – it’s also a KILLER protein pancake topping!
- 1 1 large cup frozen, previously steamed cauliflower
- 2 1 handful mixed berries
- 3 10g Protein Powder of choice
- 4 1/3 cup of milk, or as is needed to soften consistency. BUT NOT TOO LIQUIDY
- 5 Blend!
- 6 Top with fruits and bee pollen
