You know what you need for yo Sunday Summer breakfast? HOMEMADE PROTEIN ICE CREAM 🤩😍 . Low sugar, 2 servings of vegetables, 1.5 servings of fruit, and high protein. 🤤 . 👉 1 large cup frozen, previously steamed cauliflower 👉 1 handful mixed berries (I used a homemade honey and berry compote) 👉 Vanilla stevia or essence (6/7 drops) 👉 10g Protein Powder of choice (Try Sunwarrior Vanilla for less addictives) 👉 1/3 cup of milk, or as is needed to soften consistency. BUT NOT TOO LIQUIDY 💗 👉 Top with fruits and bee pollen (@nuanaturals) . If you need a higher calorie option, add in nut butters, and milled seeds – it’s also a KILLER protein pancake topping! 💡💡💡 . We are taking this morning super slow, after early workouts others, feeling a little lethargic after last nights fried foods but so content and craving this bowwwwwwl of pure heaven RN 🤤 . DO TAG ME IF YOU TRY IT! So many cauliflower ice cream DMs made my lil heart glow 2 weeks ago 🤩 . Ps.
