You know what you need for yo Sunday Summer breakfast? HOMEMADE PROTEIN ICE CREAM ๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿ˜ . Low sugar, 2 servings of vegetables, 1.5 servings of fruit, and high protein. ๐Ÿคค . ๐Ÿ‘‰ 1 large cup frozen, previously steamed cauliflower ๐Ÿ‘‰ 1 handful mixed berries (I used a homemade honey and berry compote) ๐Ÿ‘‰ Vanilla stevia or essence (6/7 drops) ๐Ÿ‘‰ 10g Protein Powder of choice (Try Sunwarrior Vanilla for less addictives) ๐Ÿ‘‰ 1/3 cup of milk, or as is needed to soften consistency. BUT NOT TOO LIQUIDY ๐Ÿ’— ๐Ÿ‘‰ Top with fruits and bee pollen (@nuanaturals) . If you need a higher calorie option, add in nut butters, and milled seeds – itโ€™s also a KILLER protein pancake topping! ๐Ÿ’ก๐Ÿ’ก๐Ÿ’ก . We are taking this morning super slow, after early workouts others, feeling a little lethargic after last nights fried foods but so content and craving this bowwwwwwl of pure heaven RN ๐Ÿคค . DO TAG ME IF YOU TRY IT! So many cauliflower ice cream DMs made my lil heart glow 2 weeks ago ๐Ÿคฉ . Ps.
