Step by Step (tick the boxes as you go)
  • 1 1 large cup frozen, previously steamed cauliflower
  • 2 1 handful mixed berries
  • 3 10g Protein Powder of choice
  • 4 1/3 cup of milk, or as is needed to soften consistency. BUT NOT TOO LIQUIDY
